So the rest of today was pretty great. I went to Institute, and saw Drew and Tori. It was cute, the teacher made her go in the front of the classroom, and then had all the boys come down to the front as well, face her, get on one knee, stick out a hand, and sing happy birthday. I was dying I was laughing so hard. Drew was too. She was raging at us both, but it was so worth it. :] Then we came back to my house, and hung out, and then we went to the Marketplace to eat, and Tori came with, then I went to ASL. ASL was boring, but before class was fun. :] Tracy, Jon, and some other deaf kid who I don't know his name, haha, were all talking outside the cla ss with me, and it was way fun. :] We were all just joking around, and they dubbed me with a new nickname-Deaf Impaired. :] It's great. Haha. But Jon told me that the float we made for DESA won third place!!!! It was really cool, and he was like praising me. Haha. I love it. I love everything about the Deaf world, and I'm so excited for my new life in it. :] Then I came home, and we went to Winger's for Tori's birthday, and it was really good, I had to eat super fast and leave early though, so that I wasn't late for the Halloween party. :] The Halloween party was lots of fun. :] I felt weird at first, cuz I was just kinda wandering around, and couldn't really find anyone to talk to. But for the last like hour I talked with Jon, Tracy, James, and Curt. (James does the same thing Jon does, and Curt is like a co-advisor man) For the first time, I couldn't keep up with everything they were saying! Curt was signing super fast, and I was struggling. But I did pretty well considering. Then like halfway through our conversation, Curt asked if I was deaf. Tracy and Jon both were laughing, and they told James and Curt I was deaf imparied. So now, that is what they all call me. :] I was the only hearing one in the conversation, so of course they all thought it was just hilarious. But I don't care, cuz I feel like I belong there now. :] After DESA we went to Angie's to clean the sink for Tori's birthday. It was really good, but we got two, and now all of us feel so sick. But we did it. :] The bumper sticker is on our fridge to prove it. :]
