Well, if you're a Plasma Donation Center, I suggest not smelling like the one I visited today. It almost made me leave. The smell alone, and we hadn't even gotten to the needles and pricks yet. Also, I really hope I never have to get a Plasma transfusion (if those even exist) because, well, there are some ODD characters donating. Oh well I guess. I'm one of them now. :] Despite my first judgement of the center, it actually was a great processes. I was genuinely pleased with the Employees. They are definitely nothing like the Blood-Drive workers, who are cranky and quite rude. So that made it that much better. For those that don't know, when you donate Plasma, it's just like giving blood except they spin your blood really fast, separating the plasma and then put the plasma (which looks something like watered-down apple juice) in a jug, and then putting all the other blood components back in. You can't really feel anything, like there is no rushing sensation as everything is shoved back into your vein through the needle. It takes a lot longer than giving blood, but it really wasn't that bad. I rate the entire experience much higher than the past blood-drives I have taken part in, and definitely plan on doing it again. Monday I believe. :] I might as well be getting some sort of income, no matter how small, while I'm up here.

I didn't get quite as much done today as I would have liked, but that's okay, because it was my take-it-easy day. Tomorrow I go back to working hard, until I go home. It's Troy's Birthday! He is 22. That is so old. :] But that's all I'm going to say, because everyone knows how good I am at ruining things before they actually happen, especially in this blog. :/ My bad....
Oh yes, I'm sure that everyone would like to be informed that the screaming Bible man is back on Campus. I think his name is Eli, because he became great friends with Maddison when she was going to the Bible Study things. I think it's so funny. I actually enjoy the things he writes on the white board he carries around. Yesterday was a great little reminder, are you keeping the commandments, or just trying? I don't really know what he meant by that, since he wasn't screaming when I walked by. But I felt like it was a little reminder, to actually keep the commandments, not just try. Anyone can try. It's succeeding that is important.

I think it's funny that he disappeared during the winter. Love that man. Love the plasma. Love that Mexican bakery.
