I'm doing alright at writing here, so that's good enough for me.
This past weekend we did some pretty fun things.
Sunday was Mother's Day, and that was good. We went to Church, and all of us wore our flowers my dad bought. After church I hung out at home, until dinner. We had steak and crab legs. It was so funny. Everyone was laughing like the whole time, and it was very fun. The food was good too. After dinner I went over to the Butterfield's and we watched Amazing Race. The brothers won. Which I was okay with, I just really wanted the Cowboys to win. Oh well. Then we watched the second Apple Dumpling Gang movie. It was funny. :] It was another one of those good nights.
Me and Troy and Parker met up with some people from Logan at the SLC Temple Saturday night. We walked around the Visitor's Center for a while, because the boys were doing a session. It was really good. We met some sister missionaries, and they asked me to fill out a card with someone I knew who wasn't a member, and they would send them something. I thought of Maddison, and even though she would probably not like it very much, I did it anyway. I got a call from the missionary today, and she said she spoke to Maddison, and she is accepting the DVD I choose to send her. That's good at least. I miss that girl.
Following our adventures at the Temple, me, Troy, Kris, and Parker went and ate at California Pizza Kitchen. It was late, but it was good.
Saturday during the day, we cleaned up at the Page's side. We were helping Grandma and Grandpa de-clutter their house, even though I don't think Grandma really enjoyed it that much. :] But it worked out, and it was a lot of fun. They have so much cool stuff, especially from Grandpa Jones and Grandma Annie. I loved it. :]
Saturday morning was the Nerdtacular, and I went with Parker. It was great! I loved Iron Man 2. :] Big fan! We didn't stay very long, because we were headed straight up to Bountiful after, but it was way cool to see the movie and the Johnson's.
Today, Monday, me and Troy took a little adventure. We had to go to Tooele to get the meat from the Lambert's for my dad. It was quite the task. We had to pack all the coolers in my mom's car, pick up a whole bunch of money (I had never had that much cash in my hand before. :] ) and drive out to Tooele. We missed our exit. And let me tell you, when you miss that exit, it's not exactly as easy as just taking the next one and getting back on the freeway. We had to go like ten miles in the middle of nowhere to the Grantsville exit or something. It was a pain, but I wasn't paying attention so I take all the blame. There was a lot of meat. But we got it all, and then headed back home.
I worked tonight and that was lame. But I actually enjoy working the counter in Fort Union more than AF, because it's slower. :] Less customers.
